Terms of Service

Last updated: March 1, 2026

Welcome

By using Fingers For Toes ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the Site

Fingers For Toes is a free daily game. You can vote on questions without an account. Creating an account lets you write responses, upvote, and submit questions.

Content Guidelines

All user-generated content (responses, submitted questions) must follow these rules:

  • Keep it clean. No profanity, hate speech, harassment, or explicit content.
  • Keep it fun. No politics, religion, race, sex, gender, disability, or controversial topics.
  • Keep it fictional. No references to real people, living or dead.
  • Keep it original. Don't copy content from other sources.
  • Keep it safe. No personal information, threats, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. Don't create accounts to manipulate votes or game the system.

Voting

One vote per question per person. Attempting to circumvent vote limits (by clearing cookies, using multiple accounts, or other means) is not allowed and may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

Questions submitted by users become part of the Fingers For Toes question pool. By submitting a question, you grant us the right to use, modify, and display it on the site.

No Warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. Use it at your own risk (though honestly, the biggest risk is spending too long debating whether you'd rather have spaghetti arms).

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
